Brewing Tips

For filter, use about 15 g of coffee per 250 ml of water at 92–96°C. For espresso, start with 18 g in and about 36 g out in 25–30 seconds, then adjust to taste.

Freshness

Roasted in small batches and packed in a resealable bag with a one-way valve. Enjoy within 6 weeks of the roast date for the best flavor.
